Right now we are in the crust. The crust is the outermost layer of the Earth. It consists of alumina-silicates. Now we are going through the mantle. The mantle is the layer in between the crust and the core. As you can see it has a special kind of rock called Olivine rock. It also has silicon dioxide and a substance called peridotite. This next part of the mantle has magnesium. You can also see that it has iron. The last thing that the mantle has are silicate compounds.
Now this part is called the core. The core is the layer of the Earth that is below the mantle all the way to the center of the Earth. The first part of the core that we are in is called the outer core and that is liquid. It consists of nickel and iron which I'm sure you all are familiar with. Also, it is has sulfur and oxygen. Finally we are in the inner core. Unlike the outer core this part of the core is dense and solid. It has solid iron compounds.
Now we are done with the journey. I hope you had a great time. I also hope you came out of here learning and knowing something about the layers of the Earth, chemical composition, and physical properties. Thank you all for coming and come another time.

Good job for the article. It explained all the parts, and didn't forget one. :)

That was really good. It explained all about the layers of the earth. I liked how you wrote it so it sounded like you actually were going to the center of the earth.:)
the comment above this one was from GG1
well written
good information =]

I liked how you put all the type of compunds and elements, but I was confused about what the certain pieces were (like solid, liquids, gas, metals, etc.)

Good but not enough info on the different wordes that we dont recognize.
That was great, it makes me want to go to the center of the earth.:}
